Why the CSP Designation is Important?
The CSP, established in 1980, is the speaking industry’s international measure of professional platform skill. Fewer than eight percent of NSA’s 3,800+ members hold this professional designation.
The CSP designation is conferred only on those accomplished speakers who have earned it by meeting strict criteria, including:
- Serving at least 100 different clients within a 5-year period
- Presenting at least 250 professional speaking engagements in the same 5-year period
- Completing 32 hours of educational credits
- Receiving excellent ratings from past clients on performance evaluations
- Subscribing to NSA’s Code of Ethics
